My story

I built my gym one piece at a time, and wasted money on half of it.

My first home gym was a pair of cheap dumbbells and a mat that slid across the floor. Then came a bench that wobbled, bands that snapped, and a doorway bar that never felt safe. I trained anyway, but I spent far more than I needed to.

GainsForge is the shopping list I wish I’d had. Each guide covers one piece of equipment, with seven picks I would actually recommend to a training partner. Every product links to a live Amazon US listing, and I never type in a price: the card shows Amazon’s current one.

See you on the floor.
